Create meaningful chances for students to organise, lead, make decisions, and learn through responsible service.
Running a welfare initiative teaches things a classroom cannot: how to plan under real constraints, coordinate people who are volunteering their time, and take responsibility when something does not go to plan.
The Society deliberately rotates real decisions — budgets, schedules, partner conversations — to members, with support from those who have done it before, so leadership is learned by leading.
